Chemical Cleaning is commonly referred to as "Pickling" in our industry. Bazetta Steel Processing utilizes Sulfuric Acid for the chemical cleaning or "descaling" of steel rods. Our chemical cleaning produces the best rod surface quality achievable and is ideal for producing industrial wire, cold heading wire and many other uses.

 

The quality of the steel surface leaving our cleaning process is far superior to mechanical descaling and even more desirable than other chemical cleaning processes in our industry.
